Thanks to my training with Anna, I got rid of a severe chronic back pain that doctors and other physiotherapists thought I would have for the rest of my life. The pain was debilitating, and I could only sit for 15 minutes at a time when I started with Anna.
Today I am completely pain-free, and am practicing yoga and strength training without any problems whatsoever! A perfect miracle!
